Availability of goods in stock

Payment Methods

1.Payment in cash- payment in cash (banknotes) at the closing of the transaction in shekels, including VAT.

2.Payment by credit card- All prices indicated on the website can be paid by credit card in one payment. Credit card transactions will only be carried out using Israeli credit cards and only in the presence of the cardholder himself, as well as upon presentation of an ID and signature on the receipt.

3.Payment by check - Payment can only be made with one check drawn on the date of purchase ("bank check"). Delivery of goods is carried out within 4 working days from the date of payment (provided that the check is confirmed by the bank). The check will be considered payable only after final approval by the bank upon receipt of the specified money in the company's account.

4.Payment by bank transfer - You can pay by bank transfer. In this case, the buyer will transfer the transaction amount to the company account, and, as with a check transaction, the goods will be delivered only after the final approval by the bank confirming the receipt of funds to the company account.
Options for ordering goods and delivery

Order via website : Item can be ordered through the RMIS website by completing the step-by-step instructions displayed on the website after adding items to your cart. A company representative will contact the buyer to confirm the transaction. Entering data and placing an order on the website does not constitute a transaction. RMIS reserves the right not to authorize a specific customer to purchase goods and even to cancel an order at any time at the discretion of RMIS Computers and Cellular.

Home delivery - RMIS provides a home delivery service. The service is provided only in certain areas and is updated from time to time and at the sole discretion of the company. Shipping is currently being carried out to cities between Haifa and Yavne. In addition, deliveries to remote locations or outside the Green Line may exceed the delivery times shown on the website. There are also places where delivery can be more expensive due to the fact that this is a remote settlement. The final price of the delivery service is indicated by the seller before finalizing the transaction.

Cost of delivery: Shipping costs are listed on the RMIS Computers and Cellular website. The shipping cost is added to the cost of the order itself.

Payment methods when ordering: You can pay with an Israeli credit card (except for a refillable visa issued by Israel Post). Payment by bank transfer is possible. Delivery of goods is carried out within 6 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transfer. Delivery cannot be paid by check or cash.

Delivery of goods: RMIS Computers and Cellular will deliver the product by courier to your home within 6 working days. Delivery times to remote destinations may vary. In any case, the price and delivery time will be announced by phone after the purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eve and bank holidays. Upon delivery of the goods, you must present an Israeli passport ID card that matches your credit card details. Credit card transactions will only be made with Israeli credit cards and in the presence of the cardholder himself (excluding postal visa). In addition, the courier will make a photocopy or photograph of the ID to confirm receipt of the goods.

Exceptional goods: items assembled to order, such as desktops, all-in-ones, TVs, etc. Shipping costs will be determined at time of order, prior to payment. Delivery times may also exceed 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
